The venue fee includes the:

 

Hall – 180 people seating (150 if you wish to dance) and

Lapa Venue - 60 people seating

 

Our rate for functions held from 1 September 2025 until 31 August 2026 is R130,00 per person, minimum R5 200,00.

For Baby showers and Bridals showers please email us for more information on the rates. 

An additional refundable deposit of R4 000,00 is required for damages or breakages.

Our package Includes the following:

-      Hiring of hall / lapa

-      Indoor braai in lapa or outdoor boma braai area

-      Standard white plastic chairs and 40 x wooden chairs in the lapa

-      1,5m round table (seats 8 – 10 people) and 10 x 1m square wooden tables in the lapa

-      Clean-up of hall / lapa.

-      Double-door fridge

-      Small freezer

Our package excludes the following:

-      Linen (chair covers, tablecloths, overlays, tiebacks, etc)

-      Décor (flowers etc)

-      Entertainment (please supply your own extensions, plugs, tablecloths, etc)

-      Cutlery, crockery, glassware, bottle openers, etc

-      Cleaning of the kitchen

-      Catering

 

​Function hours:      

6 hours ending by 24h00.
R1 800 per hour for extended use of the venue.

 

Bookings are secured by a deposit of 50% of the venue fee, payable within 5 days of making the booking, and a signed copy of the agreement.

Graceland Venues does not offer in-house catering. Please contact us for a list of recommended caterers, if required. Caterers are please requested to prepare the food on their own premises. They are however welcome to use our kitchen to do the food plating before serving the dishes to the guests. Please ensure the kitchen area is left clean and tidy on departure.

You are welcome to bring your own beverages and refreshments, with no corkage fee applicable.  Unfortunately, Graceland Venue is not permitted to sell alcohol on the premises.
