We ask that day visitors please pre-book or email/phone us to confirm availability, as we only accommodate a certain number of people per day. Please check your spam mailbox for our reply as our response could land in your spam mailbox.

You are welcome to bring your own picnic baskets, refreshments, party packs, birthday cake, cupcakes and décor. We ask that you please not use any glassware. Unfortunately, no alcohol, braais, or gas stoves, music, pets, or hookah pipes are permitted.

Graceland also offers a selection of platters available for pre-order. Please send an email to us at conny@gracelandvenues.co.za for the menu.

If you need a halaal catering price list, please feel free to reach out, as our halaal catering is outsourced.

 

Additionally, our kiosk offers a variety of snacks, beverages, and takeaway options for your convenience.​

We do have some shelter under the trees for day visitors on a first-come, first-served basis. You are welcome to bring extra blankets and picnic chairs, small gazebos (maximum 3 m wide), or umbrellas.

For your convenience, we have the following available to reserve:

• Hut: Table and seating for 14–16 people. Cost is R400 per hut.

• Table on the grass: Includes an umbrella and seating for 6 people. Cost is R250 per table.

Please advise us prior to your booking date if you would like to reserve a hut or table, and confirm availability with us first.
